Personal Statement:
I have an extensive background working with families, couples and individuals. I use an interactive approach with coaching, teaching and practicing basic life skills that create a positive foundation to live, love and work together in healthier ways.

I facilitate groups on Strategies for Living; Support Groups and A Loss and Change Support Group. I bring presentations to the community, twice a month, on a variety of topics such as; Caring Communication Skills, Getting Along With Difficult People; Forgiveness; The Power of the Mind; Shift Your Attitude and many more topics of interest.
