Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I am a Jungian Analyst and have been a psychotherapist and teacher of psychotherapy for over 25 years. Experience has taught me that a large portion of human suffering is the result of ways of living that don’t work very well, yet are powerfully held and repeated, in disguised form, over and over again. My approach is down-to-earth, practical, and personal. I offer the opportunity to engage in a therapeutic relationship and conversation that is specifically designed to help you solve the problems that bring you to psychotherapy, and to live in a more fulfilling and enjoyable way. I will listen carefully to what you have to say and help you to question, clarify, and change some of your fundamental, yet examined, assumptions about your self, about the world, and about the way you live your life. I offer no standard solutions nor stock answers to the challenges and problems that life throws at us. One size does not fit all.
