About My Practice

Office Hours
Services
First consultations are offered free of charge. My office is conveniently located in Hayes Valley, with abundant parking options nearby. My services may be reimbursable on an out-of-network basis by PPO insurance plans. My rates are reasonable, and in some cases I can provide a sliding scale for those in need. Pls see my website to learn more about my background and how I may be able to help you. Even if I cannot directly assist you as your therapist, I would be glad to provide a list of referrals for therapists that have a different fee structure or that work in different ways, and who may be better suited for your needs.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
