Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Life can be a bumpy road! Whether you're needing help with a serious rough patch, or just have a sense that life could offer more, therapy is a great place to build more clarity, confidence and ease in how you approach the world. You and your needs are my focus during our time together, so therapy is a little bit different for everyone, but some of the tools I bring to our sessions include mindful inquiry, embodied awareness, and skills for understanding and coping with big emotions and challenging relationships. I'm warm and empathetic, but also honest and direct about what I see. People come to me with a wide range of challenges, but I especially enjoy supporting clients in finding and building more satisfying relationships, and I welcome every variety of sexual, gender and relational preference.
