Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Life is full of challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed. Whether you are looking for short-term solution-focused work, or seeking assistance for an issue requiring long-term care, I will work with you to identify the goals you wish to address. By providing a safe place to learn and better understand yourself, I will help you gain the tools and techniques you need to address areas in your life that prevent you from reaching your full potential to live a fulfilling life. My goal is to help you make the changes in any area of life where you are seeking greater satisfaction. I work with individuals, families, couples and adolescents. In addition to my expertise and passion for working in addiction, my specialty work is in codependency, behavioral / emotional disturbances and mood and anxiety disorders. In a safe supportive environment we will explore feelings, behaviors and thought patterns that may contribute to your distress. I am eager to help you understand effects, causes, and treatment for distresses, which are preventing you from reaching life satisfaction and achieving your ultimate happiness.
