Personal Statement:
I find that being a therapist is a very fulfilling and noble profession. I love what I do, I care deeply about my clients and I love the learning that goes along with being a therapist. Additionally, I am passionate about Domestic Violence and empowering women who have experienced trauma. In my free time, I volunteer as board member of a non-profit organization called Leap to Success (leaptosuccess.org).

Using an integrative approach of talk therapy, awareness/mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques, my services will help you gain the confidence and skills you need to manage your emotions and navigate your life, no matter the circumstances. Together we will cultivate curiosity and insight. We will develop and solidify skills and you will see a shift in your life. I specialize in treating individuals with acute and chronic anxiety/panic, low self-esteem, trauma and depression. I bring a high level of skill, patience, empathy and a sense of humor. I work at a pace that keeps you engaged, ensures progress and maintains your safety. My overall perspective is multi-cultural and LGBTQ affirming. Additionally, I am a native Spanish speaker.
