Personal Statement:
I have been licensed for over 25 years. I work with adults, individuals and couples. My integrative approach includes a blend of psychodynamic, mindfulness/cognitive, neuroscience and somatic integration. Creating a safe space for client to both explore and regulate emotions, they are better able to regulate themselves, heal wounds from their past and move to space and place for a life of more spaciousness and choice.
