I help people discover their most authentic self and bring that reality more fully into the world. I offer a unique blend of supportive, collaborative, and exploratory psychotherapy that draws from contemporary psychoanalytic, cognitive behavioral, and neurobiological streams of thought, as well as Buddhist mindfulness practices. My approach is effective for a variety of problems because it helps you get to the root of what has been troubling you so you can make meaningful and lasting change in your life.
