Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I love my work! I love clients and exploring their lives with them. I am profoundly moved and honored by your willingness to include me in your process, and I derive tremendous value being able to share this experience with you.

I do not believe that anyone is “broken” or “disordered,” but that we are all exactly perfect just the way we are right here and right now.

Pursuing therapy is a tremendous act of courage, and it is unreasonable for me to expect you to go places I am unwilling to go. I am not an ‘outside observer’ with you, but an active companion and guide.

I work from a Holistic perspective, where every individual is a complete and integrated whole – body, mind, heart and spirit – and I am guided by knowledge, wisdom, information, and inspiration from these same sources in the work we do together.
