Personal Statement:
With over 20 years of experience in counseling and social work, I provide a safe environment for children, teens and adults suffering from anxiety, adjustment issues and depression. I am also adept at issues relating to couples, marriage, relationship and work/life balance. When you are feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges, it isn't easy to find someone you can trust, but this is the time when you need it the most. I believe in solution-focused brief therapy along with compassionate and active listening. I understand finding the right therapist can be hard, but it’s truly the first step toward getting the care you need. Through therapy, I am dedicated to helping you to work through past issues, deal with current difficulties and work toward a happy and productive future.
