Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I love being a psychotherapist because I enjoy discovering creative ways to help each unique person and family. I believe in change and have studied and use many techniques from spiritual to neurological. I help people become friends with their feelings, especially sadness and anger. Work/career/financial along physical health and eating patterns are all part of the puzzle I have explored with people. My neurophysiological background enables me to help people adjust their neural patterns into a more relaxed and healthier alignment, that allows people to heal from trauma and make lasting changes in their lives.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
