Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Assisting people to live life fully is my aim. Living live fully means having a sense of your self as the zesty, competent organizer of your experience, your relationships, and your life. We first develop a relationship of safety and security for you. You will to be able to be seen and understood deeply- by both of us. We uncover your deepest needs, and you test out ways getting those needs met in the world. You will discover your automatic patterns of interpreting others, yourself, and the world. You’ll discover how these patterns made sense early in life, but may not be effective now. You’ll learn new patterns. You learn to use parts of yourself that you never developed, or gave up long ago. The by-product of this process is increased self esteem, healthy relationships, and expand creativity. All of the items marked above, depression, anxiety, (including performance and social anxieties), issues of co-dependency & ACA’s, abuse, relationships, life transitions, and women’s issues, are worked through in this process. As an artist, ex-actor, I am deeply familiar with the special needs of creative personalities and of their difficulties and their strengths. Visit:

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
