Personal Statement:
If you feel overwhelmed by behavior that no longer works for you and would like to address unwanted or self-destructive patterns that appear as thinly veiled disguises of past relationships, you may want to consider depth therapy. This treatment is designed not only to alleviate your immediate symptoms, but also to help you discover and eliminate their underlying causes. Together, in a spontaneous and highly interactive therapeutic relationship, we will explore and correlate your personal history to your present reality, striving to help you successfully separate what was from what is. I work toward assisting you in becoming more grounded in an authentic sense of Self, to be present and vital in experiencing your emotions, your relationships and your life, simultaneously increasing your self-awareness and strengthening your resiliency.<br><Br>I treat individuals, couples and families for issues stemming from childhood trauma, addiction, co-dependency, depression, anxiety, grief, life-transition crises and low self-esteem. I have extensive experience treating people in 12-step recovery.<br><br>
