Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
If you are seeking a supportive, respectful, non-judgmental way to address and resolve your recurring issues or problems, as a professional psychotherapist I am trained to assist you in this journey. I can help you improve your relationships, help with stress and difficult life transitions, alleviate depression and anxiety, help you find peace of mind, spiritual renewal and growth, and much more depending on your individual, couple, or family needs. Helping clients integrate their spirituality and faith with psychological health is especially gratifying.

It is important to find a therapist with whom you form a comfortable, safe, and trusting connection. This relationship begins with the initial phone conversation to help you decide if this is a good therapist/client match. When you decide to proceed with therapy we can then set up the initial appointment. Upon request I can also make referral to other resources.
