Personal Statement:
For over 30 years Jean Wolfe Powers has specialized in helping to support individuals, couples and families. During her years as a psychotherapist, in addition to running a full private practice, she helped develop and co-lead an eating disorders unit and helped facilitate numerous childhood abuse recovery groups at the John Bradshaw Center at Ingleside Hospital in Los Angeles, California. An expert in her field on addiction recovery, Jean has given many seminars on mental health and life transitions.
