About My Practice

Office Hours
Monday through Friday evening office appointments (5pm-9pm). Phone therapy available during daytime hours.
Services
I provide counseling and coaching services to adults, couples and teens via in-office sessions, Skype or Facetime (video therapy), phone and email treatment options. I provide therapy because it works in creating positive changes for people. Attaining your goals is possible, and I can help you to the finish line. Therapy need not be a long endeavor, as I can help optimize the quality of your life right now. Challenges may appear to be less burdensome. Stuck patterns begin to free themselves up. Often, how we hold the problem, what we think, feel, and behave around it, significantly contributes to it. Do you wish to understand yourself better or improve your relationships? Are you overwhelmed or depressed? Sick and tired? I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals and couples of all backgrounds and with many different issues and concerns. I enjoy teaching clients new skills, empowering them to move forward. I authentically care about all my clients.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
