Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you seeking a warm, friendly and safe environment where you can be your authentic self? As your therapist I can provide this place, using compassionate dialogue, practical tools and a deep respect for the unfolding of your desires and dreams. I am committed to helping with the issues you find most challenging-relationships, anxiety, depression, past hurts, life transitions, personal growth, sexual health, or even unconscious obstacles that may be holding you back. Whatever it may be, I am here as your catalyst for change, healing and growth. What is it that is keeping you from your ideal life? Do you want to increase your self esteem, achieve greater intimacy in relationships or perhaps just gain greater understanding of what makes you tick? Working together, we can discover the thoughts, feelings and patterns that are key to fulfillment. I have earned an MA in Human Sexuality Studies, which enables me to provide interested couples and singles specific support related to issues of sexuality, intimacy and diverse lifestyle. Wherever you are in your journey, I look forward to walking with you toward a more vibrant, satisfying and joyful reality.

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
