Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
As the professional you are hiring, I take responsibility for effecting the changes you are interested in making. I am certified in Rapid Trauma Resolution, a type of therapy developed by Dr. Jon Connelly under whom I received my training. This revolutionary modality works with the subconscious to change the way our minds process information. In doing so, we are able to achieve significant and beneficial shifts in a very short period of time. Our work together is brief and focused. I often work in conjunction with other therapists in order to clear issues that may be getting in the way of achieving your goals together thus accelerating the process. If you are troubled by thoughts, feelings, or behaviors triggered by experiences you have had, Rapid Trauma Resolution may be right for you. You may call me for a free consultation at 951-440-6220.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
