Personal Statement:
You may be seeking therapy because you're hurting in some way or things are falling apart and usual coping strategies no longer work. This can manifest as anxiety, depression, phobias, conflicts, addictions, worries, etc. I can help you. You may be seeking therapy to become the optimal version of yourself; learning to create life on purpose and seeking new paths. I can help you with this as well. I have an assertive and collaborative style and work with you to find your own best leverage for change and healing. Call me for a free 30 minute phone consultation. I'm a holistic therapist combining mind, body and spirit for healing. I work with a wide variety of emotional concerns but am particularly interested in working with Life Transitions, Personal Growth, Transforming Trauma, Abuse, Conscious Relationships, Gay, Lesbian, and Trans issues, Sobriety Maintenance, Chronic Illness, Grief& Loss, Depression, & Anxiety. I welcome clients from all backgrounds. I work with individuals, couples and families. I enjoy working with employees from the high- tech and biotech industry. I have expertise in Mormon/LDS culture, and a strong foundation in other spiritual practices and welcome people with all (or without) spiritual practices.
