Personal Statement:
Sometimes talk therapy isn't enough. I provide expressive arts therapy, using the modalities movement, art, and writing to access deep resources towards clarity and healing. My main area of focus is working with individuals and couples struggling with racial, ethnic, and cultural identity. This includes multi-racial,multi-ethnic and multi-cultural individuals, couples in mixed racial or ethnic/cultural partnerships, recent immigrants and the children of immigrants, and individuals and couples from families of cross cultural or trans-racial adoption.
