Personal Statement:
It's not easy asking for help. When walking through life's challenges finding a trained therapist, someone you feel comfortable with, is importance. I believe it is my responsibility to co- create that comfortable and safe environment that facilitates emotional growth and healing. My approach to therapy is with respect, compassion, curiosity, and humor. I specialize in work with teenagers, families, and adults.
