Personal Statement:
Are you seeking support in moving through a life or relational challenge? Sometimes we all need extra help in finding creative solutions or building strong relationships. I would enjoy supporting you in taking steps to achieve your goals. I will help you identify areas for change, think outside the box for new insights and solutions, and learn tools to manage your life and enhance your relationships. My goal is to empower you to access your own inner wisdom and resources to move forward. Therapy is a collaborative process, so together we will create a safe space and tailor each session to best meet your needs. In my practice, my specialties include relational and family issues, personal growth, health and wellness, body image issues and eating disorders, anxiety, stress and mood management, and parent/child issues. I provide Gender Therapy for youth and adults seeking support for their gender identity and/or transition process and specialize working with individuals recovering from PTSD and trauma, including military veterans and families/couples in distress. My holistic approach incorporates body, mind and spirit to help you create your full personal and relational potential. I would be honored support you on your journey.
