Personal Statement:
Unpleasant feelings and experiences can affect the way people choose to live their lives. There are many positive ways to deal with these unpleasant emotions. Through discussion and exploration we can find ways to work through life’s roadblocks in order to find a happier and healthier path for your life.

I provide specialized counseling to children and families, especially parents struggling with their children’s behavioral issues. I encourage effective communication strategies that can help parents’ better cope with difficult family situations. I offer mental health counseling aimed at creating family relationships that are more nurturing, loving and enjoyable. I also counsel adolescents, adults and couples struggling with relationship issues.
