Personal Statement:
“Therapy is a big step and an important decision, which can create an opening for change in your life. As a compassionate and a good listener, I offer a safe, secure, non-judgmental haven for all my clients. I provide supportive and encouraging psychotherapy services to individuals and couples in a positive atmosphere using humor as well as cognitive therapy techniques to help clients reach their goals as quickly as possible. Many of my clients have experienced stress in their marriage from poor communication or infidelity. I have been able to help people who are experiencing a wide range of psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, and adjustment. Call and let's get to work!
