Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I help couples, families and individuals (adult, children and teens) explore and integrate feelings and thoughts about life experiences, gain insight and self-acceptance. Learn skills to build better relationships and create the life you desire. I have an eclectic approach to treatment, and believe in addressing issues as they arise in session, in a way that is appropriate for your unique issues and needs. With my specialization in clinical art therapy, I also may utilize art making in sessions with clients' consent. Art therapy enables deeper exploration and understanding of the self when feelings or thoughts are to difficult or ambiguous to talk about. No skill or experience is necessary to do it, just the willingness to try something a little different.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Pasadena, CA 91101

I am a Marriage and Family therapist in private practice. I work with individuals, couples, and families in short and long-term psychotherapy. We work together to explore memories of the relational dynamics of the individual’s family, the feelings those dynamics created for the individual as a child, and how the individual now relates to those feelings and memories.
