Personal Statement:
Problem Focused Counseling: If you feel troubled by something, or feel confused and unsure about yourself, and you don't feel comfortable discussing the difficulty with friends or family members, you may find counseling very helpful.

High Conflict Couples & Individuals: This includes assisting couples or individuals learning to deal more effectively with long lasting or repetitious conflicts which they have never been able to resolve. This includes teaching couple to speak and listen much more effectively, particularly when discussing your differences.

Drug & Alcohol Counseling: For those who drink or use, and their family member(s). Counseling can help you focus on the appropriate issue(s) so that you no longer feel directionless or dominated by confusion, uncertainty and anxiety.
