Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Is your relationship in a holding pattern or worse? Is it hard to say NO and stick to it? Do you know what you want out of life and how to get it? For over 30 years I have been helping couples change these patterns and re-establish mutual respect and understanding, and how to resolve conflict instead of blaming or withdrawing. I specialize in teaching effective communication skills and how to set better boundaries in all your relationships. I also treat a variety of emotional and behavioral problems. See my website for a fuller listing of all difficulties I treat. I have extensive training in hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming and these techniques are highly effective in reducing both the time and expense usually required to achieve your results compared to traditional treatment methods. You owe it to yourself to take the first step; take charge of your life and improve your relationships.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
