Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Tired of knowing what the problem is, but not knowing how to solve it? I have helped many people recognize their true potential while helping them overcome their emotional difficulties. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy which has a strong science and evidence base with over 375 studies demonstrating effectiveness for depression, anxiety and a wide range of problems. With this technique, we address changing thought processes in order to change behaviors. I look forward to helping you explore practical methods to help you through difficult times. In addition, I help my clients delve into understanding how their past experiences may be directly connected to some of their current emotional roadblocks. As we discover the correlation of how their past may be effecting their present state of mind, we can work on healing deeper emotional wounds.”

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
