Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I believe we are not meant to travel this path called Life alone. Our parents, siblings, children, friends and our lovers all provide integral and essential components that are supposed to make our lives, and our journey, happier and more fulfilling.

Positive stressful events (i.e. weddings and promotions) or negative ones (i.e. death or divorce), can cause minor anxiety or can be truly tragic, leaving you feeling like you are losing control. Major depression can follow normal life events, such as a breakup of a relationship, retirement, or empty-nest syndrome.

Sexual and intimate relationships can be a major source of stress, anger, or sadness. Learning couples communication skills and new techniques can assist you in changing your current situation to a joyous life experience.

If you feel you are missing out on something, you’re probably right! Satisfaction in your life is up to you… let me help you find it!

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
