Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I have been dedicated to helping clients through the difficulties of their life for over 30 years. To my psychotherapy practice I bring experience, wisdom, compassion and understanding of the varied issues life can present.

I am able to welcome and successfully work with people who arrive with a variety of reasons for seeking therapy. Regardless of your circumstances, or reason for seeking therapy, I can help you on your road to healing.

Participating in counseling is a positive step in dealing with your symptoms. As uncomfortable as you probably feel, your symptoms are attempting to bring attention to an area of your life. You know how life feels now and part of you might hesitate to make that call for help. However, there is a part of you that decided to look for a therapist. I look forward to accompanying you on your journey toward personal growth and healing.

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
