Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed, sad, or worry often? Deciding to make an appointment for therapy is a very personal decision. I understand this and I am here to help you discover your journey to address life transitions and relational difficulties. I have experience working with diverse communities and a range of concerns such as depression, sexual identity, cultural factors, life adjustments, anxiety and trauma to assist you to address those challenges in life. ¿Siente angustia, tristeza, anciedad por problemas relacionales entre parejas, familias, consigo mismo, y/o amiga/os?
