Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you having trouble in a relationship? Struggling with feeling "stuck" in life? Feel like you're taking care of others' needs before your own? Feel like you've carried a burden throughout your life and like now its time to confront it? I can help you! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in the Roseville and Sacramento area. I believe that all people have a natural tendency to strive towards becoming their best possible selves. Sometimes we run into roadblocks on this journey. At times we may experience trauma or pain that leaves us feeling stuck, or life's events can simply overwhelm us. Therapy can help us heal from trauma and pain, and teach us new tools to cope with life's stressors. Finding a safe and comfortable therapeutic fit is paramount to change. Please contact me for a free phone consultation to determine if I would be a good match to help you on your journey. As a therapist, I am very genuine, open, and interactive with my clients. It is my goal in counseling to provide a safe, warm, open environment for people to explore themselves, their struggles, and their relationships, and to help them become their best possible selves. I have worked with clients ages 3-78, on a wide range of issues including anxiety, life transitions, anger, depression, trauma/abuse, codependency, self-esteem, grief/loss, family/couples relationships, and separation/divorce. In my training I worked in a methadone clinic and have much experience working with substance abuse. Please visit my website and/or give me a call for a free phone consultation
