Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Selecting a therapist is an important, often life-changing act. Together therapist and patient form a sacred, healing partnership, where chemistry matters, so choose wisely. My work ranges from short-term crisis intervention using cognitive behavioral restructuring to transpersonal or spiritual concerns. I treat relationship challenges, problems of aging, loss and women’s issues. I am more Jung than Freud, more existential than psychodynamic and accept some managed care and private insurance. While my practice is drawn from various client populations, I specialize in the creative arts.
