Personal Statement:
I offer a warm and positive environment where individuals and families feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Therapy is an active and experiential process designed to create opportunities for change and healing. Within a context of acceptance I challenge my clients to find solutions, increase their interpersonal connection, and move toward greater authenticity. I specialize in helping with relationships that have been impacted by trauma, attachment disruption, life transitions, and disability.
