Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I am in private practice, delivering telemedicine via Skype and FaceTime or by phone. My area of special emphasis is helping people improve their important relationships, and working with my clients to decrease and stop depression. If you are reading this, chances are one or more of your important relationshps are not working very well. Whether it's difficulty with a partner or spouse, teens or parents, friends or co-workers, a troubled relationship is painful. Through evaluating and making changes in how you interact with, and respond to, those important people in your life, relationships can become a source of joy! Improve communication, connection, intimacy.....decrease anxiety, depression, anger.....become more free to live the life you always hoped to have, but were unable to find. In addition to 20+ years experience, I have been an instructor and professional advisor for Goodparents, Inc, presenter of Bullying Prevention programs in local schools, and have taught classes at local corporations on Parenting Teens, Managing Your Way Through Change, and Stress Management. Call me or eMail me to discuss your therapy needs. I am here to help with appointments Monday through Thursday. I look forward to hearing from you!

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
