Personal Statement:
How Can I Help You? Are you feeling stuck in your life? Do you sometimes feel alone even though you may be in a relationship? Or do you have family members who just aren't there for you? Do you feel overwhelmed by recent changes in your life and unsure of what to do? If this sounds familiar to you, there is help available. I believe when you are faced with challenges in life, when transitions happen - a break-up, going to college, a new baby, death, divorce, retirement, there is stress and worry. There is also hope for discovering a more fulfulling life and, in the process, learning something insightful about yourself. I am a marriage and family therapist and I am interested in hearing what is on your mind. Understanding your goals for therapy are important to me. I will work with you to determine the best treatment approach for you with your time frame and goals in mind.I welcome individuals and couples of all sexual orientations.
