Are you feeling hurt? Depressed? Anxious? Angry? Having relationship problems? Feel free to call me 619-857-1355 to see if I might be the right therapist for you. I love actively helping people feel better and get the relationships they want and I have over 29 years of experience & work evenings. I have helped people with a wide variety of psychological & relationship problems. I see each person as a unique individual and I use therapeutic approaches suited to each person's personality and goals. I enjoy being an active part of the counseling process to help you. Regarding EMDR Therapy: EMDR therapy is a style of therapy that is extremely helpful with many psychological issues, but particularly for those who have suffered trauma. In addition, EMDR therapy clients are also in counseling for a shorter period of time, because issues tend to get resolved much more quickly.
