Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Life’s journey does not always unfold smoothly. Often, people initially come to therapy after they have exhausted all other avenues – when the pain just won’t go away. Times of transition such as a loved one crossing to spirit, relationship beginnings and endings, having a child or children leaving home, or retiring can create confusion, pain, anger, and unbalance in your life. Even clients who come for growth oriented therapy still find deep layers within themselves to heal. If your life is shaken up right now, you’re experiencing pain or something inside you yearns to grow, then this is a good time for therapy. At It’s Possible Therapy, Julie works with the whole person – mind, body, spirit, emotion, and energy. Her theoretical background is eclectic weaving together transpersonal, Jungian, ecopsychology, cognitive behavioral therapy and more to facilitate your healing and growth. In addition, Julie employs techniques such as: Repair & Reattachment Grief Therapy, EMDR, EFT – tapping, past life regression, SoulCollage®, dream work and more. We hope you will enjoy learning more about some of these under Therapy Options. The most important ingredient to good therapy though is the relationship between the therapist and client. Julie supports you in a safe space where you can share who you are, heal and grow. The journey of self-discovery and learning to love never ends; it’s part of what makes life so interesting and passionate. Therapy may be the greatest gift you ever give yourself. Julie welcomes the opportunity to be part of your journey and facilitate your living the life you want.
