Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
“Have you struggled with finding purpose, passion and joy in your life? Do you feel stuck in old habits or behaviors that you have tried to change only to find yourself going back to them in times of stress? Do you get distracted or feel disconnected from others which leads you to feeling overwhelmed, anxious or isolated? Do fear, doubt and worry rule your thinking? I specialize in helping you shift from these non-productive thoughts toward a direction of confidence, clarity, faith and joy. Everyone is capable of greatness. I am passionate about working with teenagers, adults, families and couples! I work using a four-dimensional model addressing the bio, psycho, social and spiritual aspects of wellness. There are many paths to recovery - I help you find your unique path so you can live joyfully for the rest of your life. If you think you can - you will! I take an active role in helping you achieve wellness. My own unique path helps me to help you. A healthy relationship with yourself improves your life with your family, co-workers, friends, acquaintances, and the community. Connecting to who you really are will help you connect with others positively.”
