Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
“Do you have a trauma, a significant loss, a relationship or a childhood memory, that seems to invade every part of your day, and you just can not seem to get pass? We all experience life events that change us, and therapy can help the healing process so you incorporate your pain into your life in a positive way. EMDR is a very effective tool to help process areas in your life you are feeling stuck. You can regenerate your self, and experience life in a new way.

Trama, grief and loss, and spiritual/existential angst are my specialities. With EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, clients can become unstuck from the unnecessary suffering they have endured for too long.”

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
