Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you feeling stuck and like there’s no solution to your situation? Tired of feeling like you are being taken for granted? Perhaps you are feeling anxious and depressed or alone and misunderstood. If so, it sounds like you might be feeling overwhelmed and discouraged with life as you know it right now. Life is all about relationships—the ones we have with ourselves and with others—and yet how many of us were given an instruction book at birth on how to have satisfying and successful ones? At the end of the day, I believe what we all really want is to love and to be loved. The problem is we’ve been socialized to engage in behaviors that keep us from experiencing the feeling of real love. A deeper understanding of this concept can empower you to change the quality of your relationships and life. I am passionate about helping others remember their wholeness so they can experience more love, happiness and meaning in life. I offer a free telephone consultation to help you determine the type of services that may be right for you.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
