Personal Statement:
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have the privilege and opportunity to work with individuals, couples and families dealing with a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting issues, anger management, eating disorders, and women’s issues. I especially enjoy working with couples to help them become stronger, more dynamic partners. I also have had the honor of working with individuals who have developmental and/or physical disabilities. I most often use cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and conjoint therapy in my work.
