Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you feeling depressed? Confused? Anxious? Do you feel like you do not know what direction to go in to solve your problems? Sometimes life throws us unexpected circumstances and experiences that we do not know how to handle and we feel overwhelmed with trying to decide what we should do. We are all unique individuals and what is best for you may be different than what your loved ones think is best. I help shine a light so you can decide what is best for you and you can experience more peace and happiness. I start by healing and transforming the past by creating a safe, loving, and non-judgmental environment to explore whatever issues or problems are present for you. I teach you skills and tools to handle whatever problems come forward even after therapy is over. I have worked extensively with sexual and physical abuse issues, anger, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, grief and loss, and low self-esteem. Once the past has been gently healed, I encourage clients to develop a plan to create their lives as they would like them to be. I invite you to call or email me at for a free initial consultation to see if we are the right fit.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Carlsbad, CA

I provide a therapeutic environment that allows individuals and couples to explore ideas, beliefs, life experiences, thoughts and feelings that may stand in the way of being who you truly want to be. I can help point out repeating dysfunctional patterns that may exsist in relationships at home, at work and with friends and family.I teach people how to respond in their lives versus getting caught in reacting to personalities and events.
