Personal Statement:
My background and my specialty is in spiritual psychology. What does this mean? It means that, from my point of view, you possess your own inner wisdom, and my work is to help you access, interpret and use this wisdom to enhance your life. I draw upon psychological theories that focus on our experience in the here and now, such as Gestalt, Mind/Body Healing, Self-Relations and Mindfulness psychotherapies. My sincere intention is to help you reach new levels of self-mastery, self-acceptance, and happiness.
