Personal Statement:
Do you feel lost, not knowing what to do or where to turn for guidance? Do you feel overwhelmed and out of control, encountering barriers that keep pushing you off course? Do you feel unsure of the path you are taking? Finding and following a healthy, fulfilling life path can be challenging. Therapy can help you to figure out where you want to go, how to get there, and how to deal with the obstacles that get in your way. My name is Katie Vernoy and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a practice in Torrance. I work with individuals, groups, teens, children, and families. I specialize in developing enriching relationships, managing depression and anxiety, overcoming trauma, coping with chronic pain, and fostering occupational success.

The group provides support, psychoeducaton about trauma, and normalization through the experiences of other women. Members must be in individual therapy and/or be clinically stable.
