Personal Statement:
Kathryn Bikle, M.A. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an extensive background in the theater arts. My passion is to assist adults and children connect with their deeper selves and to support them in making healthy, thoughtful choices in their personal lives and relationships. My work includes: Psychotherapy, groups, and workshops in personal development. My clients include adults, children, couples, and families. I help my clients to confront obstacles and difficulties in their lives; assisting them to make strong, empowering choices for themselves in accordance with their own personal values. My approach includes depth psychology techniques such as dream work, journaling, art therapy, and sand tray. I employ mindfulness techniques and the exploration of embodied awareness to support my clients’ creative development, psychological growth and healing of emotional wounds. I am the founder of Just Stand Up And Talk, dedicated to empowering professionals in dynamic public speaking.
