Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Whether doing couple counseling or individual therapy, my approach is to listen deeply for the story behind the story, to arrive at the root issue of a problem and free what is stuck; mentally in a belief or perception that does not serve you well, emotionally in unexpressed feelings, and physically lodged in the body. The body can change patterns by your using simple acupressure points, when you also express feelings and turn complaints into positive requests in a guided setting, and form new perceptions and beliefs. When two people both do this, their relationship issues can be resolved. By using tools that I teach you, you can make rapid progress toward health and well being.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
