Working closely with a therapist creates a supportive and collaborative environment that can enable you to change how you feel or respond to situations. Together, we can focus on your strengths, identify areas you want to change and help you make choices that give you a greater sense of fulfillment and wellbeing in your life. I work in an manner individually tailored to you, your needs, and your goals, starting with a free office consultation designed to let you know what it would be like to work together as well as provide me with the opportunity to get to know you and gauge your needs.
