Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
As a psychotherapist and a professional artist, the focus of my private practice is on exploring the individual's unique creative expression and their spirituality, in order to help them become more whole and integrated at all levels of their being. I combine depth psychotherapy techniques with art, guided imagery, visualization, and creative spirit work, to help the client transform life's difficult transitions into turing points for growth and change.

Throughout the years I have also had a great deal of experience and success working with mood and anxiety disorders, depression, and abuse.
