Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I believe that finding balance in life is one of the most important aspects to living a healthy, more enjoyable life and I strive to help clients define what balance means to them. In sessions, we will also set specific goals and work towards them. What is not working for you? What would you like to change? Perhaps your goal is to experience less anxiety and stress in your life. Or maybe you and your significant other are having difficulty communicating and want tools to work on this. No matter the goal, we can work towards it together.
